*I received these products free in exchange for my review. The review was asked for, but the opinions werent. They're all mine. 🙂 Hey everyone! I recently achieved something I've only ever dreamed of....I managed to sew up one of my fabric strike offs FOR a pattern test! If you do pattern testing and strike off sewing(or know about them), you know that finding a balance is key, but seldom do the two end up overlapping perfectly. I've always run into scheduling issues before. This time, Katie (Wilson, of Duck Butt Designs) was gracious enough to allow me to share little sneaks of the Duck Butt Designs project throughout the week, so that I could share my pretties from the ladies over at Beanpop, too! I'm pretty darn excited about it all, too!

I was lucky enough this past month to receive an amazing little box from Influenster. If you've known or followed my social media pages for awhile, I'm sure you've seen me share some of the fun things I've gotten from them. But my favorite things, by far, are these things called VoxBoxes. They are random packages you receive full of fun little products to test, in exchange for your reviews on them. I love it!
A few weeks ago, I shared a small peek at a new project I was super excited about. Are you a blanket maker? I've noticed that within the sewing community, There are a fair nunber of us who don't really "do" blankets, it seems. (maybe it's just me). That being said, I have been trying to dip my feet into the blanket and quilting world, and this tutorial seemed like a great place… Continue reading A tutorial I’ve been dying to try!
